TRANSPORTATION (Fees to be paid extra based on Kilometer)

The school manages a fleet of high quality buses that ply to and from different parts of the city. All buses have a GPS [Global Positioning System] which helps us to track its delay and over speeding. Every bus has cameras to monitor the discipline in the bus.

To ensure safety of our students, this process is followed while ferrying them:

At the time of departure, it is ensured that the students alight at the pre – designated drop points. In case, a student needs to alight at a different point, aprior note has to be sent to the Transport Coordinator.
An SMS message is sent to the parent(s) of the student 5 to 10 minutes before thebus arrives at his / her designated pick up / drop point.
In cases of unexpected delays, the bus will wait up to 05 minutes.
In case somebody wants to pick up the child, a prior note has to be sent the Transport Coordinator.
In case of delay in buses, the information is sent to parents via SMS.
